Length

The text should be no less than 500 words. You should strive for around 800-1,200 words though.
The meta description is an important part of SEO because it’s what shows in Google underneath your page. It should be 20-25 words.
The title width should be no more than 600px wide.
Technical SEO
There are quite a few things on the technical side that you should do as well. While we’ve already mentioned meta descriptions and slugs, you should also pay attention to “alt” tags on images. This gives you more places to use your keyphrase. You should also be linking both internally to your own site and externally to other sites for credibility.
You’ll also want to make sure your site is built correctly. This involves using proper heading tags, alt tags, and link building.
Other Great Things
Other things you should definitely be doing is placing your posts in categories, tagging them, and providing images throughout the post as well as setting a featured image.
Ideally, you should be placing a relevant image every 150 words or so. You should also always place a featured image on your posts to ensure optimal sharibility on social media.

Some wonderful tools that you can use to make sure your SEO is up to par are Yoast SEO, Google’s Keyword Planner, and Google Search Console. These three tools will help you generate ideas, ensure proper SEO during posts, and review how they’re ranking.
